RETURN POLICY (Applicable within the United States Only)

Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds within 15 days of your purchase, acknowledging the unique, handmade nature of our jewelry.

Return Shipping:

• A return shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
• Prior to returning, please email us at OmKrust@gmail.com with an explanation and photos illustrating the reason for the return.

Quality Control:

• Returned items undergo a thorough inspection.
• Returns must include the original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear, use, or alterations.
• Omkrust Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns deemed damaged or unsalable.

Manufacturing Defects:

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a shipping label via email.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days post-receipt of the returned item in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Special and custom orders are non-returnable and considered final sale.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Omkrust Jewelry is not liable for lost or stolen packages once a return shipment has been initiated.

Final Sale for International Orders: Items shipped internationally are deemed final sale. Our standard return policy does not apply to these orders.
